Eliza Brown is just the second girl in over sixty years to be born into the fourth generation of the iconic Brown Brothers wine family.
In the early 1990’s her father, Peter Brown, purchased two wineries in the renowned Rutherglen wine district, independently of the larger family company, Brown Brothers. He loved All Saints Estate and St Leonards Vineyards complete with 100 year old Scottish castle and Murray River. Peter tried for years to get his daughter to return to the country and work with him after time in advertising during her 20's. In 2001 she finally decided to move and has never looked back.
After the death of their father, the fourth-generation of the Brown family took over the ownership and daily running of All Saints Estate and St Leonards Vineyards. Eliza is now CEO with sister, Angela and brother, Nicholas as board directors. All aim to produce outstanding table wines through innovation coupled with traditional winemaking practices.
The vineyard houses vines over 85 years old, and the Brown family nurture and tend them for their Estate and Family Cellar wines with creativity and passion.
